We are looking for Account Management Associates with an entrepreneurial mindset to manage existing travel agent accounts, maximize revenue, and build long-term relationships for a seamless experience. This role requires setting your own targets, high emotional intelligence, perseverance, and the ability to handle pressure and multitask.
The Job
Support and maintain relationships with travel agents, helping them grow their business with Atlys.
Assist in driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Provide outstanding service to travel agents, addressing their needs and ensuring smooth engagement with Atlys products.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution.
Support in gathering and analyzing performance data to help improve business processes.
Assist in identifying new initiatives to enhance agent satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Develop a strong understanding of Atlys products and provide demos or solutions to product-related queries.
The ideal candidate
0-1 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management (experience in the travel industry is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
High emotional intelligence and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with CRMs and Google Sheets (preferred but not required).
