As our Community Manager, you ll be the heartbeat of our travel communities. Every traveller who gets a visa through Atlys is drafted into a WhatsApp community tailored to their destination country. Your missionTurn these groups into vibrant, engaging, and valuable spaces where travelers connect, help each other, and feel supported from trip planning to their actual journey.

The Job
Engage & Support: Actively participate in WhatsApp groups, answering travel-related queries, providing assistance, and ensuring travelers feel heard.
Drive Conversations: Keep discussions lively by sharing travel hacks, visa tips, and destination insights to spark engagement.
Create Delightful Moments: Surprise and delight travelers whether it s a personalized recommendation, a last-minute itinerary fix, or an unexpected travel perk.
Crisis Management: Address urgent issues travelers may face during their trip and escalate critical concerns to the right internal teams.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with content, marketing, and operations teams to ensure the community gets accurate, timely, and useful information.
What We re Looking For
Natural Conversationalist: You love engaging with people, making them feel heard, and keeping the energy high in discussions.
Problem-Solver: You think on your feet and find solutions quickly, especially when travellers need urgent help.
Travel Enthusiast: You have a passion for travel, know the common challenges travelers face, and enjoy sharing tips and advice.
The ideal candidate
1-2 years of experience in a content management or social media management role
Excellent communication skills - You can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote setup
Passion for travel & culture with an instinct for what resonates with audiences, so you can curate those delights
Proficiency in project management with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate across teams and ensure smooth execution
Remote working is an option although preference for candidates based out of Delhi NCR.
