Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Robotics & STEM Lab Specialist with in-depth knowledge of Robotics, STEM Labs, and Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing innovative STEM and Robotics labs. They will also oversee procurement, manufacturing, and implementation of lab materials to establish a new business line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and develop Robotics, STEM, and ATL labs based on industry standards.
- Research and recommend procurement strategies for lab materials, tools, and technologies.
- Identify and source raw materials, equipment, and kits needed for STEM and Robotics lab setups.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to produce cost-effective and innovative lab products.
- Develop business strategies for commercializing STEM and Robotics-related lab materials.
- Provide technical expertise and training for educators and institutions adopting STEM solutions.
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Robotics, AI, 3D Printing, and IoT for education.
- Ensure compliance with ATL guidelines and STEM education standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop new products and curriculum for hands-on learning.
- Conduct market research to assess the demand for Robotics and STEM-based learning solutions.
- Develop/Curate curriculum and content for Schools for Grade1-12.
- Identify and build a team to implement Geneo Innovation Labs.
- Support Business Teams in Solution Demos, conducting Pilots & train teachers.
- Help close and stitch deals with schools and partners.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/masters degree in engineering, Robotics, STEM Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in setting up STEM Labs, Robotics Labs, or ATL Labs.
- Hands-on knowledge of microcontrollers, sensors, programming, and 3D printing.
- Strong expertise in procurement, supply chain, and vendor management.
- Ability to work with educators, schools, and government organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
- Experience in business development and product commercialization.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing and implementing STEM curriculum.
- Familiarity with government policies related to ATL & STEM education initiatives.
- Certifications in Robotics, AI, or STEM education methodologies.
