The Individual

• The role involves rotational shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Non-general shifts (outside standard office hours) will be eligible for cab services and shift allowances.
• This is not a call support role; the primary focus will be on written communication.Strong proficiency in written communication is a mandatory requirement to excel in this position.

Responsibilities

• Should have handled the contact management globally.
• Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines (UK & Europe).
• Work as a Subject Matter Expert/Quality Auditor for the contact management process.
• Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures.
• Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool.
• Producing standard correspondence to employees & external parties.
• Liaising with employees, line managers and other HR colleagues.
• Working closely with the HR Community and COE s.
• Proactively contributing to improvements within the department.
• Supporting the People s Hub team with ad-hoc projects.
• Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader.

Requirements

• Experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting UK & Europe region.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on Workday and Servicenow Applications,
• Worked as an Subject Matter Expert/Quality Auditor for HR Shared Services.
• Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
• Potential to develop as the team grows.
• Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable.
• Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts (including night shifts).
• Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment.
