- The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and ensuring efficient production operations

- Key Responsibilities:Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement
- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze manufacturing processes
- Develop and implement process changes to optimize production
- Quality Assurance:Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain and improve product quality
- Investigate and resolve production-related quality issues
- Implement quality control measures to minimize defects
- Cost Reduction:Analyze production costs and identify areas for cost reduction
- Implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
- Work with suppliers to negotiate better pricing for materials and components
- Manufacturing Documentation:Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and maintenance
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to implement process changes
- Safety and Compliance:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Identify and mitigate safety hazards in manufacturing processes
- Promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing team
