Business Development Manager - FMCG- Male - Hyderabad

Role & responsibilities

• Determining customers' needs and desires by conducting Market research.
• Brand Building.
• Analyzing market trends and finds business opportunities.
• Preparing work plans and formulating marketing strategies.
• Recommending scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements.
• Assessing competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Facilitating inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and production schedules.
• Preparing short-term and long-term sales forecasts.
• Team handling, Recruiting, Orienting, and Training employees.
• Designing Schemes conducting BTL activities, motivating and handling TSI.
• Fixing month targets communication to the Sales Team and follow-up
• North states touring will be 15-20 days in a month.
• Advance Payment billing.
• Target Designing
