About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ThoughtSpot Developer/Architect to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics organization.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing cutting-edge analytical solutions on our Next Generation Data Analytics platform, with a primary focus on ThoughtSpot.

You will leverage your deep expertise in ThoughtSpot and related technologies to design, develop, and optimize data visualizations and analytical models that empower our business users to gain actionable insights from their data.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain ThoughtSpot Pinboards, Liveboards, and Worksheets to meet business requirements.

- Utilize SearchIQ to optimize search-based analytics and ensure user accessibility.

- Implement and manage Embedded Analytics solutions to integrate ThoughtSpot into existing applications and portals.

- Leverage SpotIQ to automate data analysis and identify key insights.

- Architect and implement best practices for ThoughtSpot deployment and performance optimization.

- Optimize Thoughtspot for performance.

- Work closely with data engineers and data architects to ensure seamless integration of ThoughtSpot with our data infrastructure, including data warehouses and data lakes.

- Optimize AWS Redshift and S3 structures to ensure optimal performance and data accessibility for ThoughtSpot.

- Develop and maintain data models within ThoughtSpot to align with business requirements and data governance standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Develop and deliver end-to-end analytical solutions that enable rapid insights and informed decision-making.

- Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and data accuracy.

- Document all work, and best practices.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and analysts.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience in developing and implementing ThoughtSpot solutions, including Pinboards, SearchIQ, Embedded Analytics, and SpotIQ.

- Deep understanding of ThoughtSpot architecture, administration, and performance optimization.

- Strong experience with analytical data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes.

- Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and S3, with the ability to optimize data structures for ThoughtSpot.

- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.

- Ability to think end-to-end and develop innovative analytical solutions that address complex business problems.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Plus Skills :

- Experience with other BI tools, such as Tableau and Qlik.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Thoughtspot Certifications are a plus.
