Job Description

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develops a consultative relationship with key stakeholders and subject-matter-experts to assess and develop learning content requirements.
- Partners with Program Management and subject matter experts to identify new learning needs, map them to the appropriate competencies, obtain source information and validate courseware content.
- Coordinate with internal partners to develop assessments to measure learning impact.
- Coordinate implementation of the newly developed curriculum with internal customers.
- Participate in creation of engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of performance.
- Apply tested instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
- Determine the proper blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and eLearning training to be used in a given solution.
- Design and develop innovative learning methodologies such as case studies, engaging stories, motivating scenarios and gamification to reflect the content, audience, and business needs.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Strong attention to detail, creative solutions, and analytical skills required
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment
- Willingness to take initiative, without waiting for direction
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint design, Excel and Word skills
- Ability to pay attention to metrics, detail, and quality of output
- Results oriented and deadline driven
- Excellent English language skills
- Familiarity with voiceover technology

Physical Demand Work Environment:
- Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
- Must be able to use a computer
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively
- Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
