Key skills for the job
What will you do?.
- Industry Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in HR, employee engagement, competitor activities, and organizational development to create insightful, relevant content.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for HR professionals on both technical and non-technical topics.
- This includes long-form content like white papers and blogs, short-form pieces such as LinkedIn posts and ad campaigns, and conversion-focused copy for email campaigns.
- Collaboration and Strategy: Report to the Head of Marketing, actively contributing to content strategy, tracking key KPIs, and participating in weekly cadence calls with management.
- Instructional Design: Allocate approximately 10% of your time to instructional design, developing learning materials that reflect best practices in HR and people management.
- Project Management: Lead content projects independently, from ideation through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with AntWalk's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including video editors, graphic designers, and product teams, to ensure smooth content execution and publication.
- Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL): Drive marketing-qualified lead generation through targeted marketing efforts, supporting the sales team in securing high-quality deals.
Campaign Conceptualization:.
- Craft compelling copy for social media and email marketing campaigns targeting CHROs, L&D officers, functional heads, CEOs, and senior HR leaders.
- US GTM Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a robust Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy tailored for the US market, aligning with business goals and market dynamics.
What experience and skills do you need?.
- HR and Technical Writing Expertise: 5-6 years of content writing experience, particularly in HR-focused content for the consulting industry.
- Proficiency in Industry-specific Content: Expertise in creating content for HR functions, including talent management, organizational development, and legal compliance.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and produce high-quality content without constant supervision.
