Program Lead

The Program Lead is primarily responsible for the following.

1. The training is delivered properly.

2. The training adheres to the training schedule.

The training gives the expected output.

Key Deliverables

The Program Lead will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end training. His

responsibilities w.r.t Course Management, Faculty Management, Student Management &

Asset ownership is as follows.

• Course Management:

 Make sure that the assigned course is delivered as per the schedule.

 Course content coverage should be tracked to ensure that course delivery

happens as per the authorized TOC.

 Assessments should be conducted as per the model and time and reports

should be submitted to Business Team

 Should make sure that all resources (infra, Human resources etc.…) are

available for

successful execution of training

 Should get feedback from associates about the course and training.

• Content Management

 Initiating and tracking the TOC and content review with the tech panel

members created

Contents for the training (TOC & Presentation) should be decided for review if

required after the completion of each batch (Based on the feedback on that batch

course delivery)

• Faculty Management:

 Creation of faculty calendar for every batch projection which should be got

from the business team before 2 months to the batch on boarding and

publish the same to stake holders.

 Requirements for external faculties should be sent to the tech head if

required and need to make sure that the faculty is available for the training

on date.

 Should get Trainer Details (External) from Tech-Head and need to inform

the trainer and Training Details to Team (Academy Business and Tech

support Team)

Should orient faculties (Internal & External) about the batch-class details and the output

expected out of the training

Vendor Management - Co-ordinate with the partners/vendors through L&D and

Procurement and effectively handle the requirements related to the Academy

• Production support exercises:
• Conduct mock telephonic conversations, evaluate and provide feedback & rating on

email and telephone etiquettes daily during C Lab phase.

• Coordinate with the SMEs and the Trainees to give the exposure of handling a client

on Floor.

• Should be able to evaluate trainer irrespective of the Domain related trainings.
• Solution consulting :  Responsible for Academy walkthrough to the visiting leaders /

customers to the Academy
