Job Responsibilities - Executive

1. Conduct sales data analysis and maintain performance dashboards for various sales reports of Alfa One's in-house brands.
2. Perform account-wise sales analysis of Medical Representatives' territories.
3. Verify, prepare, and submit doctors' incentive files based on sales reports.
4. Evaluate the Return on Investment (ROI) for doctors' sponsorship requests, considering past and future trajectories.
5. Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team to ensure timely payments of cheques and doctor payouts.
6. Verify and submit the team's monthly travel and RTD (Road to Doctor) expenses to HR and Accounts.
7. Manage PRX - iCloud CRM tool for Medical Representatives' reporting system, including call reporting and doctor coverage.
8. Oversee the allocation and verification of Medical Representatives' sample requests.
9. Communicate effectively with all team members regarding various aspects of the business.
10. Prepare and share sales and stock reports with pharmaceutical brand principals.
11. Monitor stock updates, including ADS (Available Days of Stock) and MDS (Minimum Days of Stock).
