Job Description
- Providing patient care under the supervision of attending physicians
- Responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions
- Participate in rounds, where they present patient cases and receive feedback from attending physicians
- Write treatment sheet and make necessary changes as instructed by the consultant
- Documentations of all assessment in the patient file along with date, time, name and signature
- To communicate with the patient regularly about his/her condition, consultant instructions or any other patient queries with clarity and empathy
