Job Title: Executive - Case Coordinator - Tele Radiology

Job Overview: As a Case Coordinator in Tele Radiology, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and efficient workflow of radiology cases through remote communication channels. You will be responsible for coordinating the various aspects of the diagnostic imaging process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of radiological reports to healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Case Management:
• Receive and review incoming radiology cases through telecommunication platforms.
• Organize and prioritize cases based on urgency and clinical relevance.
• Maintain a comprehensive and updated record of each case, tracking its progress through the diagnostic workflow.

1. Communication and Collaboration:
• Liaise with radiologists, technologists, and other healthcare professionals to gather necessary information for each case.
• Facilitate effective communication between the radiology team and referring healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to case interpretation, report generation, or technical aspects of imaging studies.

1. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of patient information associated with each case.
• Conduct quality checks on radiology reports to verify that they meet established standards.
• Work closely with radiologists to address any discrepancies or clarifications required in reports.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience in a healthcare or radiology setting is preferred.
