Recruiter Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle from initial contact through to the offer

stage and onboarding.

• Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the negotiation process

as needed.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Sourcing & Recruiting:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job

boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure a robust

candidate pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly for non tech and technical

both roles.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment best practices, and

interview coordination.

• Immediate joiners preferred
