Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in AstaGuru's auctions. Qualify leads by understanding their art and collectibles preferences, buying motivations, and potential auction participation.

• Information Gathering: Gather relevant information about the leads, including contact details, art preferences, budget considerations, and any specific requirements. Document and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

• Product and Auction Knowledge: Stay well-informed about AstaGuru's upcoming auctions, featured lots, and current market trends in the art and luxury asset sector. Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of AstaGuru to potential clients.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through effective communication and follow-up. Provide information about additional services and benefits to encourage ongoing engagement.

• Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales process. Provide feedback on lead quality and potential areas for improvement.
