- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed.

- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, regularly monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity.

- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure the successful execution of regional initiatives.

- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to boost brand visibility and drive auction participation.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Monitor sales performance and market conditions, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

7. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

- Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Position Overview:

The Zonal Head - West will be responsible for driving AstaGuru's strategic vision and sales growth in the Western region. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and deep knowledge of the art and collectibles market. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of our business strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

DEPARTMENTAL STRUCTURE: Position reporting to (Designation / Level): CEO.

Functional / Technical:

1. Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive business strategies.

2. Sales Management: Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

3. Operational Efficiency: Knowledge of operational processes and ability to improve efficiency.

4. Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and P&L management.

5. Project Management: Skills in managing multiple projects, timelines, and resources effectively.

6. Legal Compliance: Knowledge of relevant regulations in the auction and art industry.

Behavioral Skills:

1. Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams across different locations.

2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders.

3. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate deals and manage partnerships effectively.

4. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and develop solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding Team Handling, BFSI and Sales oriented. including trends, valuation, and client dynamics.

- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
