Associate Senior Executive/ Customer Support/ Operation/99acres

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage product activation of paid owner clients via regular interactions
• Understand the client's requirements and coordinate the same with various internal stakeholder including design, product, operations etc. to ensure smooth functionality of the advertisement product / online listing
• Handle client escalations by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner
• Maintain and sanitize large volume data on a daily basis
• Create customer satisfaction and delight by solving queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and provide resolution within the defined TAT

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent communication skills
• Prior work experience in customer service/business development/voice process
• Active listening skills
• Comfortable with rotational shifts
