Associate Program Manager

Delivery Management:

Define, develop, and implement successful project delivery strategies and programs in collaboration with all stakeholders. Oversee project deliveries encompassing both traditional technologies such as .Net/SQL and emerging areas like AIML and GenAI.

Product Conceptualization:

Collaborate with client engagement managers to formulate product conceptualization and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.

Revenue Generation:

Work closely and aggressively with the onsite team to drive technology revenue growth.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing accounts while actively pursuing new client acquisitions.

People Development:

Assume direct accountability for developing team members capable of providing technical leadership.

Drive performance management, evaluation, and career development initiatives.

Manage the hiring process and ensure the readiness of all employees within the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations effectively and ensure delivery aligns with stakeholder requirements.

Focal Point for Development Teams:

Act as the primary liaison for development teams, fostering collaboration and communication across all levels.

Experience and Skills:

• 15+ years of experience providing Software Delivery, Project/Product Management, and Team Leadership for large and mid-sized corporate and overseas clients.
• Demonstrated expertise in End-to-End Technical, Project, Program & Delivery Management.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum project planning, execution, and strategic leadership.
• Technical proficiency across all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting, and project support.
• Proven ability to lead, communicate, negotiate, and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the capability to engage with individuals at all levels and thrive in a cross-cultural environment.
