Job Description
- Bachelor s degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences.
- 3+ Years of experience required in one or more areas within SAP SD preferably with Global client
- Responsible for providing support SAP SD module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Support incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions.
- Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.
- Crossfunctional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model.
- Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
- Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements
- Well versed with OTC process including Inquiry, Quotation for inquiry, Sales order creation, Availability Check, Delivery Order Creation, Picking and Packing, Goods Issue, Shipment Creation, Invoice, Payment, Delivery Confirmation, PostSales Activities
- Experience in SD integration points with other SAP modules like FI, MM, PP and PM.
- SAP Certification in SAP SD
- Provide day to day Application Management S upport for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests, incident management, enhancement requests, change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP SD solutions and designs.
- Develop and maintain documentation including configuration, user guides and test scripts.
- Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followedup and addressed timely .
- Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.
- Defect resolution and defect analysis related to SD.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation
- Participate in oncall rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.
- Available to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client
