We Are Hiring! Associate Director - Fund Raising Money Market

Position Title : : Associate Director, Fund Raising Money Market Lead

Job responsibilities are as follows:

Business Support:

1. Fund Raising: Developing and executing funding strategies to meet the company's financial obligations and growth plan. Managing Mutual Fund, Corporates, Financial Institution and NBFCs relationships & Negotiation with NBFCs on bilateral loan facilities Exploring other potential funding sources plus ensuring all credit assessment are done with utmost vigilance.

2. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with existing Mutual Funds, financial institutions, NBFCs and other external partners to negotiate terms, and secure favourable terms for the company. On board new counterparties (and expand) in every quarter & new NBFCs and securing high value deals annually.

3. Execution of deal activities: End to end successful execution of capital markets deal according to authorized limit.

4.Credit Rating: Interacting with rating agencies for periodical review of rating. Timely submission of all regulatory requirement data required by rating agency on every month end. Reviewing of rating rationale and Credit rating report presenting and showcasing correct organisation practices. Negotiating with rating agencies for annual surveillance charges and scheduling annual audit committee meeting which is regulatory requirement for Nuvama group entities.

5. Treasury Investment: Efficiently managing surplus fund of treasury by deploying it in asset class generating higher returns. Investing in various instruments such as T-bills, CP & CDs, PMS & AIFs & surplus fund in Mutual Fund; Lending on CROMS, TREPS platforms; Managing risk limits Tracking returns on investment and updating same to senior management. Updating ALCO regarding market activities in terms of new rules and regulation regarding capital markets & the economy.

6.Other flexible responsibilities: Updating ALCO deck and providing feedback and suggestion wherever required. SPOC with RBI whenever there is RBI inspection. Taking up additional projects required by other teams such as interest rate hedge project done for IE team. Perform other responsibilities as required by General Management/Treasury with due diligence.

Team Management and Leadership:

Sending updated financial data & Financials to all the external stakeholders every quarter. Setting up senior management meeting with counter parties on every quarterly basis. Maintaining & circulating rating MIS in terms of rating outstanding in each entity against existing liabilities with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications : MBA Finance/CFA

Experience : 10-12 years

Functional Competencies :

1. Sound understanding of multiple financial instruments like NCDs, Term loans, Working capital facilities, ECBs, and commercial papers, Factoring, Bill discounting, REPOs.

2. Pitching in new investment ideas backed by back testing the strategies
