Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of client-focused organization design and workforce planning strategies that support clients' strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and overall business growth.
• Collaborate with clients to assess their current organizational structure, identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, and design effective organizational models that optimize performance and scalability.
• Analyze clients' workforce needs, develop data-driven workforce plans, and provide recommendations for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Support change management processes, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation of organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in organization design and workforce planning, ensuring that client solutions are innovative and drive lasting impact.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives, and providing tailored consultation and support.
• Collaborate with client teams, such as HR, project management, and data analytics, to ensure smooth execution and delivery of client projects.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of organization design and workforce planning initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and modifications.
• Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to clients and senior management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
• Support capability building and demand generation and identifies areas where KGS can provide support to other member firms
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones for the successful execution of engagements.
• Maintain and develop broader cross functional networks

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, and Survey designing tools such as Survey Monkey / Survey Gizmo
• Demonstrate experience in using Org Design tools including OrgVue
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work in order to meet strict deadlines
• Possess a learning mindset and embrace complex problem-solving opportunities
• Highly self-motivated and have the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience of working with US and multi-Geo clients will be an added advantage

Education / Years of Work Experience:

• MBA HR or an equivalent post graduate degree (Org Design or Org Psychology) from a reputed college or university
