Associate Consultant- FPA

Primary Roles and Responsibilities 

• Manage & Implements required set of tools
• Manage Project Financials.
• Manage and regularly update relevant collaboration portals.
• Support the Budget creation for the Global program.
• Support creation, validation and analysis of project budgets and financial health.
• Financial budget preparation and tracking budget vs actuals along with variance analysis.
• Monthly accrual recording and reporting along with financial statements publications.
• Working with Global Finance on invoice workflows and adjustments.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly governance decks and reports (for Global Finance and Leadership).
• Management reporting along with department reviews (Monthly & Quarterly).
• Capitalization report preparation
• Charge code management across the workstreams
• Cost center hierarchy management
• Experience in both report design and development using PowerBI
• Experience provisioning new workspaces and managing security and access to PowerBI workspaces
• Experience in data ingestion and aggregation of multiple files for a single report and the ongoing maintenance and update to data sets on a regular cadence
