We are an ISP and IPTV solutions provider, offering high-quality internet and TV services. We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to assist with resolving customer issues and delivering excellent service.


Responsibilities:


  • Customer Support: Handle customer queries and issues related to ISP and IPTV services through various channels (phone, email, or in-person).
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve customer complaints such as connectivity issues, IPTV streaming concerns, or device configuration problems.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams or relevant departments for prompt resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, including problems reported and solutions provided.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams for effective issue resolution and process improvements.
  • Shift Management: Adapt to rotational shifts, including one week of night shifts and one week of day shifts.

    Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer support, preferably in ISP, telecom, or IPTV domains.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night and day schedules.
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in a related field.
