Qualification ME-Mtech / BE- Btech ( Metallurgy/Mechanical/Welding Technology )

Exp : 4- 10

Job description includes, but not limited to following requirements:

- Preparation of welding procedure & other related documents

- Awareness of various codes & standards like ASME, IBR and API

- Knowledge of pressure vessel and heat exchanger fabrication

- Knowledge of basic welding metallurgy and various types of heat treatments

- Performing root cause analysis & suggesting corrective actions during failure

- Developing & implementing new welding procedures, techniques & technology

- Shop surveillance for welding activities

- Should have good verbal & written communication skill

- Knowledge of automatic tube to tubesheet welding
