Job Description
- Role Summary:
- Responsible for Banking, Settlement and Accounting of Investments activities; and facilitating Fund Management Team for decision making.
- Needs to have basic understanding and keenness to learn about Capital Market - fixed income, money market and equity market - for settlement of trades including various Corporate Actions like dividends, bonus issue, right issue, split, merger and demerger etc.
- Maintaining cordial relations with various Investments Auditors and Bankers.
- Compliance of related guidelines of IRDAI, RBI, SEBI; and
- Developing understanding about Interest Rate Derivatives, Equity Derivatives.
- Cash Flow Management for Investment activities - ensuring deployment of Funds prudently and reconciliations
- Settlement of trades across various asset classes viz., Fixed Income securities, Money Market - Repo / TREPS, Equity, Mutual Fund / ETFs, SLB and Interest rate Derivate mainly FRA
- Determine & Settlement of Margin requirements for Derivative trades and its accounting
- Adhering to regulatory requirement of Banking, Settlement and Accounting for Investments Operations activities.
- Participating in Primary market operations & settlement like IPO s, PE funds, anchor issues, ASBA FDs etc.
- Ensuring smooth closures of Corporate Actions like Dividend, Bonus, Rights Issue, Merger / Demerger etc.
- Daily Bank and Holding reconciliation
- Complying with KYC norms with various agencies for trade executions.
- Working on SAP IMS and needs to carry out UAT for enhancements of features & smooth functioning of SAP IMS
- Preparing MIS / data and carrying Analytics
