• Should possess good command over the English language (verbal and written)
• Should have a pleasing personality
• Should possess excellent facilitation & presentation skills
• Should be able to develop training content and have work experience as a trainer ( behavioural / leadership)
• Should be able to source and evaluate training partners and vendors
• Should have understanding of Training need identification , Training need analysis , competency frameworks , training evaluation etc.
• Should possess good interpersonal skills to work closely with different stakeholders/ departments
• Should be versatile and open to take up additional responsibilities, initiatives, challenges & projects
• Should possess good planning and organizing skills
