Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

The candidate should be able to speak fluent English and have good communication skills.

The role involves helping the Domestic manager with sales quotation, procurement, order confirmation and negotiation.

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
• Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Address customer inquiries about products.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and specifications
• Other responsibilities as defined by senior leadership
• New business generation by meeting new clients / corporate clients with specific needs.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
• Manage weekly / monthly review on business development.

Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be any graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in a firm with at least Rs. 50 crore turnover per annum. Candidate should have good English and Communication Skills (Oral and written), he must possess hands on experience in MS Excel & MS Word, Candidate should be capable of logistics coordination and FOLLOW-UPS.
