Assistant Manager- Product Development & Costing

1. Collaborate with the Marketing team to gain insights on competitor products, market demands, and trends.

2. Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to arrange competitor samples for analysis and study.

3. Prepare the Roadmap of the new product development and track the progress.

4. Develop new product ideas based on market feedback and internal insights.

5. Provide recommendations for improvements to existing products.

6. Design product structure and collaborate with the QA team for laboratory testing.

7. Ensure the new product meets all the regulator and applied quality standard requirements.

8. Finalize the product structure based on lab testing results.

9. Define and finalize product specifications.

10.Perform product costing and secure necessary management approvals.

11.Assist the Supporting team for initial creation of SAP Codes and Product BOMs

12.Work closely with the Purchasing team to finalize fabrics, labels, and label designs & tracks the readiness.

13.Arrange the first product sample for a photoshoot to the Marketing team.

14.Assist the Manufacturing team in the pilot production run.
