We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Coordinator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, data preparation, and data analysis. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide insights that support business decision-making.
1. Process new customer onboarding requests, customer sales orders, etc. via Salesforce.
2. Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports related to sales.
3. Daily Call Reporting / GPS based tracking of Sales team and reporting/escalations to their managers.
4. Monitoring of tour expenses and sales team visits in the market.
5. To Monitor & Report sales KPIs - Targets Vs Achievement, product wise performance, growth, new customer addition, etc.
6. Notify sales team & channel through Salesforce regarding new products/features, schemes/offers, marketing material, etc.
7. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce.
Required Job Knowledge
1. Proven work experience as a sales administrator or sales support agent.
2. Hands on experience MS office tools & preferably having previous knowledge of Salesforce or similar productivity enhancement software.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
