1. Develop and implement detailed workforce and operational plans to optimize resource utilization for airport terminals, malls, and commercial spaces.
2. Monitor and analyse footfall trends, traffic flow, and peak activity periods to devise staffing schedules and operational workflows.
3. Ensure alignment of daily and long-term plans with organizational goals and compliance standards.
4. Ensure all operations meet local, national, and international regulations concerning safety, security, and building operations.
5. Prepare and present reports on operational efficiency, workforce performance, and areas for improvement.
6. Support the Manager in preparing budgets for operational expenses, maintenance, and manpower.
7. Proficiency in using workforce planning tools, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, SAP)

1. We have to work 12 hour per day all 7 days a week in site even a 1 single miss punch will results loss of pay 2.
