As Assistant Manager, you'll oversee e-commerce platforms, manage ad campaigns,
and ensure seamless inventory and shipment processes. Your strategic insights will

Key Responsibilities:
1. Spends & Budget Management:
▪ Monitor and manage overall spends across all e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Snapdeal, Myntra).
▪ Assist in monthly budget preparation and execution.
▪ Ensure spends are aligned with the set targets and within budget constraints.
2. Inventory & Shipment Management:
▪ Manage inventory for FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBF (Fulfilled by Flipkart) shipments.
▪ Coordinate procurement and demand planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
▪ Oversee inventory management, ensuring all products are in stock and available for sale.
3. Advertising & Campaign Management:
▪ Coordinate with the team to manage up to 50 ad campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
▪ Analyze ad spends, TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales), and ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) to optimize budget allocations.
▪ Handle campaign management for organic strategies, deals, coupons, and sales promotions.
4. Category & Content Management:
▪ Oversee category positions on Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring products are well-ranked and visible.
▪ Manage A+ content creation to enhance product listings and drive sales.
▪ Utilize tools like Helium 10 and Amazon Pie for competitive benchmarking and strategy planning.
5. Team & Vendor Coordination:
▪ Assist in team management, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
▪ Coordinate with account managers for seamless interactions and visits to e-commerce platforms.
▪ Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products.
6. Strategy & Analytics:
▪ Support strategy planning for achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
▪ Perform data analysis and generate reports to provide insights on performance and areas for improvement.
▪ Leverage Excel and Google Sheets for detailed analytics and reporting.
7. Quick Commerce Responsibilities:
▪ Handle quick commerce activities to ensure rapid fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
▪ Coordinate with the team for swift execution of orders and inventory management in quick commerce channels.
Qualifications:
Education: Any graduate; Engineering or MBA preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing and e-commerce ads.
Skills:
▪ Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
▪ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
▪ Ability to manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
▪ Experience with inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
▪ Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Amazon Pie, and other e-commerce analytics platforms.
