Job Description
Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Flipkart)
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 20
Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹11,00,000 per annum
Experience: 2-4 years
About the Role:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Google Ads, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. Youll develop strategies, optimize budgets, and drive ROI through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize ads on Amazon, Google, Flipkart, and other platforms.
- Drive ROI by optimizing CPC, CTR, ACOS, and other metrics.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate on ad creative and landing page optimizations.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends and tools.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in Google Analytics, Seller Central, and Ads Managers.
- Proven ability to drive ROI and manage budgets effectively.
