JD:

• Manage payroll processing, including salary disbursement, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Ensure timely payment of gratuity and bonuses to eligible employees.
• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with the HR team for recruitment activities, including joining formalities and exit processes.
• Handle queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Possess deep knowledge of the ESIC and PF Acts.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the Shop Act.
• Ensure labour and statutory compliance.
