Assistant Manager - HR

• Liaising Expertise in Handling with PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/Labour/Wage authorities

• Manage HR operations, including joining formalities, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee data management.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth execution of HR activities such as recruitment, training, and performance appraisal.

• Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave details, and other relevant documents.

• Responsible for timely statutory payments, remittance

• Registration Licenses renewal

• Attending to legal notices

• Handhold new joiners through their settlement period.

• Employee motivation and engagement. To address employees related issues and keep the employee engaged and motivated.

Required Candidate profile

• Excellent knowledge of Labour laws pertaining to Logistics Service Industry Strong organizational skills Team work

• We need candidates who have purely knowledge about complanses & support to all employees to there FNF & other HR activities
