Role & responsibilities

HR experts who provides tactical implementation of plans and strategies through acquiring, developing and retaining talented employees, managing performance and administering compensation.

Manages and leads a team of employees.

Communicates company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.

Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance.

To manage the performance (service, productivity and quality) of a team of HR Service Advisors delivering day to day customer services to all employees and managers.

Provide high quality and consistent advice and support in a cost effective and efficient way, to positively impact on customer effectiveness.

Assistance in Recruitment process, design various training and visit schedules, Preparation of periodical reports, Conduct Performance Appraisal process, Imparting better inter-personnel Skills, Employee motivation, Implementation of various HR policies.

Record minutes of meetings and ensure compliance of the same.

Record keeping for ESIC, EPF, etc government agencies, Interface between head office and branch offices, Enhancement suggestions of current QA & QC tools.

Develop tools for measuring productivity, Assistance in standardization of system and processes.

Assistance in designing Career Path Models, CTC, Perks and organizational structures, Monitor tasks for all groups.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA or Post Graduate in Personnel / Human Resources Management with first class having 7-10 years of relevant experience, Computer literate with good command over Microsoft office.
