Human Resource Manager (Head office)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, statutory compliance, performance appraisal management, and employee relations.
  
• Oversee all HR generalist activities such as policy formulation, implementation, and monitoring.
  
• Ensure effective communication with employees at all levels through regular meetings and feedback sessions.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of employee data using HR software systems.
  
• Provide guidance to team members on HR policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in human resource management or a related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of corporate HR practices and industry standards.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
