Assistant Manager, HR

Role & responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage HR and Admin teams with clear instructions.
• Record Management: Maintain employee records and system documentation.
• Annual Returns & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws like the Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Contract Labor Act, & so on.
• Employee Welfare: Oversee employee health, safety, and welfare initiatives.
• Engagement Activities: Organize employee engagement programs and events.
• Recruitment Process: Identify staffing needs, screen profiles, and schedule interviews.
• Onboarding: Conduct induction and orientation for new hires.
• Compensation Planning: Develop competitive employee compensation packages.
• Payroll & Attendance: Manage leave, attendance, and payroll processes.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Gratuity regulations.
• Performance Management: Monitor and enhance employee performance.
• HRMS Handling: Administer and manage the Keka HRMS portal effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent English communication skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Working knowledge of Keka HRMS Portal would be a plus

Confident and Presentable

Quick learner and self-starter

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Female candidate preferred
