Job Role :

Position: Assistant Manager- HR & Admin

Qualification: Graduate, MBA HR (Preferred)/ MILS - IR

Experience: 4 + yrs experience in HR & IR Activities

Location: Vidyavihar

Job Description:

• HR generalist role to lead and manage all aspects related to Recruitment, MIS, Generalist, Salary Administration, Compliance and IR role
• Effective departmental Induction plan for all new employees;
• To work with HOD for the JD/KRA/KPI for each employee
• Ensure availability of Manpower as per sanctioned plan, ensuring quality & optimum selection, deployment & Utilization of Manpower within time frames
• PMS implementation middle level, Organization Chart to be updated periodically
• Review and execute HR Audit plan at O&M
• Periodic employee engagement and development initiatives as per business requirement, Recreational activities
• Emploee grievances within TAT & Maintaining harmonious Industrial relations across the organization periodic visit to site
• To ensure timely compliances with applicable labour laws.
• Liaison with statutory authorities, local bodies, and forums, consultancies agreement/ AMC
• Manage the Time Office activities for O&M employees.
• Insurance of Workman as per WC policy
• Liaison with Govt. Departments- PF/ESI/Labour Office
