User Assistance Developer

• The SAP SuccessFactors User Assistance team is a world-class technical communication organization that sets the standard for how product documentation creates value for SAP s Cloud HCM customers.
• We are looking for a highly motivated User Assistance Developer/Technical Writer with a demonstrated ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• As a member of our team, you'll help us deliver high-quality content and support our team s global strategic initiatives to deliver customer success.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of user assistance assets that enable customers to deploy, administer, and use SAP software
• Research products and technologies to develop a deep understanding of the software and target audience
• Ensure transparency by providing estimates and managing milestones within a given release
• Demonstrate a quality-focused mindset to ensure content delivered is aligned with the relevant documentation standards and content architecture guidelines
• Collaborate with product stakeholders, customer support, design, and other SAP teams to create a world-class information experience for our customers
• Contribute to user assistance projects and initiatives for continuous innovation

What you'll bring

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communication, English, or a related field
• Experience in creating technical documentation and UX content design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in prioritizing tasks with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving and achieving results
• Ability to research and analyze information for various content requirements
• Capable of working on multiple priorities with various stakeholders in cross-cultural, global teams
• Experience with DITA XML and a good understanding of AI and related technologies is a plus
