Handling documentation and other Knowledge Management deliverables in various portals/forums

Supporting the Solution Product Management, Development, and Partners with your knowledge and writing skill

Willing to take responsibility to understand the requirement from the developers / PO Teams for documentation

What You Bring

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with documentation of Software Products

Good team player

Familiarity with SDLC / DDLC

Knowledge in GIT Documentation is an added advantage

Familiarity with Tools such as Jira, Git Hub, Confluence Wiki, SharePoint is an added advantage

Basic knowledge about HTML, CMS, XML is an added advantage

Self-motivated, self-driven with ability to learn quickly
