What you'll do

Build and maintain robust, scalable web applications using both frontend and backend technologies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and other developers, to bring AI use-cases from concept to deployment.

Write clean, maintainable code and perform unit testing to ensure quality and functionality. Identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing performance and ensuring smooth user experience.

Keep up with industry trends and best practices to incorporate innovative solutions and improve development processes.

Maintain clear documentation for code, processes, and best practices to facilitate team collaboration.

Engage in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the growth and improvement of the team.

Actively participate in PI & Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories and acceptance criteria

Mentor developers in a global team set-up

Drive technical decisions while working as first amongst equals

What you bring

Proven and Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.

Backend Proficiency: Expertise in Python for backend development, including proficiency in building APIs using frameworks like FastAPI.

Hands-on experience with the UI5 framework and its components, creating intuitive and efficient user interfaces.

Proficiency in TypeScript/Angular/JavaScript for modern front-end development, delivering seamless and dynamic user experiences.

Solid understanding of SQL with experience in database design, management, and optimization.

Knowledgeable in containerization technologies, particularly Docker Microservices.
