We have opening for the role Manager - Secretarial
Role & responsibilities
(a) End to end RBI compliances
(b) Listing compliances(PIT,SAST, LODR, ILNCS, SBEB etc)
(c) Experience in drafting of notice, agenda and minutes of board and shareholders meeting and filing of e-forms with ROC as per Companies Act, 2013, preferably worked in listed company
(d) Interpretation and implementation of RBI and SEBI circulars
(e) Handling RBI Inspections
(f) Filing of returns on RBI portal such as DNBS, CRILC, CTR, DAKSH, RBI CIMS portal and other returns to be filed by NBFC-Middle Layer
(g) Filing of returns on BSE and NSE portal
(h) Tracking compliances of RBI circulars, guidelines and inspection reports.
(a) Experience of using automated compliance software for compliance monitoring
(i) Advising on proactive action by Company based on RBI circulars
(j) Prepare presentation for management for amendments in RBI circulars / guidelines
(k) Drafting and revising of Corporate Policies (RBI) of Company
Note - The candidate should have Experience with listed company only
