Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive
growth in Field & Managed Services (Non-OEM) and IT Staffing solutions. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, acquiring new clients, and
ensuring sustainable business growth in these sectors.
Key Responsibiliêes:
Business Development & Sales:
Idenêfy and develop new business opportuniê¢es for Non-OEM IT services and staï¬ng
soluê¢ons.
Build and maintain strong client relaê¢onships to drive sales and long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement eï¬ecê¢ve sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and compeê¢tor posiê¢oning.
Create, present, and negoê¢ate proposals and contracts to secure business deals.
Managed Services & IT Staï¬ng:
Expand Non-OEM IT support oï¬erings, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts),
break-ï¬x services, and managed IT soluê¢ons.
Idenê¢fy staï¬ng requirements for clients and ensure fulï¬llment through IT staï¬ng soluê¢ons.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure high-quality execuê¢on of managed
services.
Work closely with vendors, third-party service providers, and internal teams to enhance
service oï¬erings.
Client & Partner Management:
Maintain strong relaê¢onships with exisê¢ng clients and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-funcê¢onal teams to tailor soluê¢ons as per client needs.
Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and IT service providers.
Financial & Performance Management:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and ï¬nancial performance related to business development
acê¢viê¢es.
Track and report business development acê¢viê¢es, pipeline, and revenue generaê¢on.
Key Qualiï¬caê¢ons & Skills:
Educatioon
Bachelor's degree in Business Administraê¢on, Management, IT, or a related ï¬eld.
Experience:
7-12 years of experience in business development, IT services sales, and staï¬ng soluê¢ons.
Proven track record of selling managed IT services (Non-OEM, AMC, ï¬eld services) and IT
staï¬ng soluê¢ons.
Skills:
Excellent communicaê¢on and client relaê¢onship management skills.
Strong negoê¢aê¢on and deal-closing abiliê¢es.
Analyê¢cal and strategic thinking to develop sales plans and opê¢mize revenue.
Understanding of Non-OEM IT services, AMC contracts, IT staï¬ng models, and managed
services.
Leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
