Services (Non-OEM & Staffing)
Position: Business Development Manager C
Department: Business Development
Reporting To: Non-OEM Services Business Owner
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 7-12 years
CTC: 8-12 LPA
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive
growth in Field & Managed Services (Non-OEM) and IT Staffing solutions. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, acquiring new clients, and
ensuring sustainable business growth in these sectors.
Key Responsibiliê€es:
Business Development & Sales:

Idenê€fy and develop new business opportuniꢀes for Non-OEM IT services and staffing
soluꢀons.

Build and maintain strong client relaꢀonships to drive sales and long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement effecꢀve sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and compeꢀtor posiꢀoning.
Create, present, and negoꢀate proposals and contracts to secure business deals.
Managed Services & IT Staffing:

Expand Non-OEM IT support offerings, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts),
break-fix services, and managed IT soluꢀons.

Idenꢀfy staffing requirements for clients and ensure fulfillment through IT staffing soluꢀons.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure high-quality execuꢀon of managed
services.

Work closely with vendors, third-party service providers, and internal teams to enhance
service offerings.
Client & Partner Management:

Maintain strong relaꢀonships with exisꢀng clients and ensure repeat business.
Collaborate with cross-funcꢀonal teams to tailor soluꢀons as per client needs.
Establish strategic partnerships with vendors and IT service providers.
Financial & Performance Management:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to business development
acꢀviꢀes.
Track and report business development acꢀviꢀes, pipeline, and revenue generaꢀon.


Key Qualificaꢀons & Skills:
Educatioon
Bachelor's degree in Business Administraꢀon, Management, IT, or a related field.
Experience:

7-12 years of experience in business development, IT services sales, and staffing soluꢀons.
Proven track record of selling managed IT services (Non-OEM, AMC, field services) and IT
staffing soluꢀons.
Skills:

Excellent communicaꢀon and client relaꢀonship management skills.
Strong negoꢀaꢀon and deal-closing abiliꢀes.
Analyꢀcal and strategic thinking to develop sales plans and opꢀmize revenue.
Understanding of Non-OEM IT services, AMC contracts, IT staffing models, and managed
services.

Leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
