Lead indirect sourcing and contract execution for low-risk, low-dollar procurement transactions, focusing on operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate contracts, and drive supplier performance in line with cost, quality, delivery, and service goals.
Apply commercial contract knowledge to minimize risk and ensure compliance with organizational policies and practices.
Stay current with market trends and emerging technologies in indirect procurement to inform sourcing decisions and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Professional certifications such as PMAC SCMP, CPP, ISM, or PMP are a plus.
Proven experience in indirect procurement, including global spend management and supplier relationship management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to use data to make informed decisions.
Proficiency in digital procurement tools like Ariba, and ERP systems such as SAP or NetSuite.
