Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Sales and Marketing Operations team. As the sole owner of data analytics and insights, you will be responsible for developing reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights across multiple channels. This role involves data management, report generation, and ensuring data accuracy using databases, advanced Excel, and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide reporting metrics and analysis for operational support and prepare various ad hoc reports for team members and leadership.
Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards, communicating business performance and key metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, document business challenges, and propose solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process streamlining and data accuracy.
Manage data using SQL, Salesforce, and other tools while ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
Proficient in SQL and Vertica , including complex queries (joins, views, CTEs).
Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.
Experience with Python/ML is a plus.
