Job Description
- Provide technical support for client products via phone, email, and electronic services.
- Manage complex customer issues, balancing both technical problem-solving and soft skills in politically sensitive situations.
- Perform troubleshooting and escalate complex technical problems to higher-level resources as needed.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product Management, R&D, and Professional Services to ensure the best customer outcomes.
- Maintain frequent customer communication regarding status updates and maintain detailed case documentation.
- Handle critical escalations, fine-tuning product performance and customizations.
- Conduct health checks and performance reviews of implemented products.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of ADM tools such as Performance Center and LoadRunner .
- Proficiency in case management tools, computing, networking, and peripheral devices.
- Experience in product migration and software upgrades .
- Experience with DB scripting , AWS , Docker , and Kubernetes .
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to manage critical escalations and work independently.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
