Integration Project Manager

Job description :

• Should have hands on experience in integration projects with exposure to one enterprise integration platform (Boomi, MuleSoft, WSO2 etc) for a minimum of 6 years
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients and Provide support and input to Sales and external clients
• Scope estimation, expectations management and Production management
• Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions
• Responsible for managing vendor relationships to ensure they are content and any expressed concerns within your scope are quickly and productively addressed.
• Responsible for routine and proactive dialogue with linguists regarding KPI performance, available capacity and related constraints

Job Specification:

• Project planning & estimation in line with customer expectations & end-to-end client engagement.
• Project issue and risk management, Manage each project in accordance with the plans and company's process framework.
• Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality.
• Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non- compliance.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction & build ongoing relationships with them and managing their expectations.
• Closely work with internal stakeholders including sales, account management to maximize the further project opportunities for the existing customers.
• Knowledge sharing and promoting the implementation of best practices across projects.
