We're seeking an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional-Delivery Manager with 15+ years of leadership experience to lead successful projects across industries like Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, and Education.

Key requirements:

- 8+ years in application modernization and digital transformation, particularly with Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies

- You should have experience managing large, complex delivery teams and handling stakeholder management in multi-departmental or multi-pillar engagements.

- A solid understanding of CMMI/ISO processes is required, along with the flexibility for both short-term and long-term travel.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle OUM or True Cloud methodologies is essential. You should have completed at least three Oracle Fusion finance implementations as a consultant or architect.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills are key, along with a commercial understanding to effectively manage project challenges in complex environments.
