Minimum qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience with working with a diverse set of stakeholders
5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams with exposure to their organizational, personal and technical problems
Experience with hiring, recruiting and onboarding
Practical experience as a Scrum Master or Software Engineer working with scrum methodology
Experience in scaling up the engineering teams
