Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Pune (MH)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide
comprehensive support to our executive team. This role demands excellent communication,
multitasking skills, and a high degree of professionalism, as you will serve as a key point of
contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
â Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel
arrangements.
â Act as the primary point of contact for the executive team, managing correspondence,
emails, and phone calls.
â Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Administrative Duties:
â Organize and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate
effectiveness.
â Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
â Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
Meeting and Event Coordination:
â Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
â Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
â Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and event execution.
Project Assistance:
â Assist executives in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
â Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making.
â Ensure deadlines are met and provide reminders for key deliverables.
Communication Management:
â Draft, proofread, and edit emails, memos, and other communications.
â Serve as a liaison between the executive team and employees or external contacts.
Qualifications and Skills:
â Education: Masterâs degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
(preferred).
â Experience: Fresher
â Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
â Key Skills:
â Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
â Strong verbal and written communication skills.
â High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
â Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
